Warranty Policy

Scope of Application

This policy applies only to mainland China.

1. Seven-Day Unopened No-Reason Return and Exchange

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if unopened, the product can be returned or exchanged for no reason. The costs and other risks arising from the return or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

2. Warranty Proof

When applying for product warranty service, the customer needs to provide the corresponding purchase receipt or transaction number as warranty proof.

3. Scope of Free Warranty

Under normal use, if the product has a hardware failure due to its own quality issues and is within the warranty period, Synria will provide free repair service.

4. Warranty Start Date

The warranty start date is the logistics receipt date.

5. Ownership of Repaired Parts

The parts replaced during repair belong to Synria.

6. Warranty Service Details

(1) Parts Repair (servos/motors, electronic components, structural parts, etc.)

(2) Whole-Unit Repair

7. Special Notes

  1. Within the product warranty period, Synria only provides free repair for failures that occur during normal use of the product.

  2. If any of the following situations occur, even within the warranty period, Synria will charge the customer a repair fee (referring to the ≥6 months method):

    • Damage or failure caused by incorrect use (inconsistent with the product manual) or improper use;

    • Failure caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification by the customer;

    • Natural wear, tear, and aging of the casing and other parts;

    • Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.

  3. Please strictly follow the instructions in the relevant Synria Technology product manuals when operating the product.
